Len Saunders
Licensed in 1998, with a focused commitment to immigration
law, Len Saunders has developed a highly successful practice
in Blaine, Washington.
After receiving his BA from the University of British Columbia,
Len furthered his studies at Pepperdine University School
of Law in California, graduating in 1997. The following
year Len was admitted to the Washington State Bar and is
a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
By attending regional and national immigration law conferences
regularly, Len is keenly aware of changes and issues affecting
all aspects of U.S. immigration law.
A Canadian and British citizen with U.S. permanent resident
status, Len knows first hand the challenges that you may
face with the U.S. immigration system.
Don Davidson
Don is an international business executive with the work
and personal experience to advise clients planning to work
or invest in The United States.
Don has a BA in economics and an MBA from the University
of Western Ontario. He has had extensive experience in operations,
marketing, product development and general management in
Canada, The United States and Latin America. He has also
been a consultant for companies on both sides of the border.
Don is a Canadian citizen and US permanent resident who
has worked in the United States and has held various work
visas.
Working with the legal team, Don helps clients to implement
immigration strategies to achieve their business and personal
objectives.
Craig Barnett, Senior Paralegal
Craig has served as a paralegal, educator and rights advocate on behalf of the immigrant community for many years. He is an independent consultant who has worked with some of America's most prestigious and leading immigration law firms in New York City, Los Angeles and most recently in Vancouver.
Craig provides expert assistance with immigration, nationality, citizenship, customs law in both administrative and federal court litigation. His vast experience in consular, border and removal practice areas and extensive experience in major litigation involving the rights of visitors and immigrants to our shores makes him a valuable member of our team. He is a citizen of Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
Craig assists with Board of Immigration Appeals and complex Port Court hearings and immigration cases.
Tara Saunders
A graduate from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s & Gender Studies, Tara has worked as a Technical Department Coordinator for Chancery Software, Student Academic Advisor and Department Software Trainer for Pepperdine University. She has volunteered for the Langley Police Department Victim Services Unit and the Courtenay Crisis Centre and feels passionately about issues affecting immigrants. She is a citizen of Canada and the United States of America.
Tara assists with Derivative Citizenship claims, Non-Immigrant and Investor Visa applications and ancestry research.
Christine Davidson
Chris has an Arts Degree from Garland College in Boston, Massachusetts. She has worked in the customer service industry for many years, including customer service for Air Canada, US banks and was a regular volunteer at The Wellness Center in Walnut Creek, California. Chris is a citizen of Canada and the United States of America.
Chris manages the Blaine office and maintains general contact with our Clients. She assists with Permanent Residence Applications.
Aida Quesada
Aida is a local business owner who assists with Spanish interpretation in our Blaine office, telephonically, in court and, at the Tacoma Detention Center where she is registered to assist with attorney client meetings.
