Len Saunders
After receiving his BA from the University of British Columbia, Len furthered his studies at Pepperdine University School of Law in California, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 1997. Len was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 1998 and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Len regularly attends and speaks at regional and national Immigration law conferences. He keeps current of constant changes and issues affecting all aspects of U.S. Immigration law.
A Canadian, British and naturalized American citizen, Len knows first-hand the challenges faced with the U.S. Immigration system and walks with his clients through the entire process.
Don Davidson
Don is an international business executive with the work and personal experience to advise clients planning to work or invest in the United States.
Don has a BA in economics and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. He has had extensive experience in operations, marketing, product development and general management in Canada, the United States and Latin America. He has been a consultant for companies on both sides of the border. Don is a Canadian and naturalized American citizen who has himself held various work visas.
Don develops immigration strategies to achieve business and personal objectives in categories including treaty investor, treaty trader and various temporary non-immigrant employment visas.

Anna-Lena
A graduate from The University of Puget Sound with a BA in International Business, Anna-Lena has been with our firm since her graduation in 2007. As an immigrant to the U.S., Anna-Lena has held several different visas and has first hand experience navigating the U.S. immigration system. Anna-Lena is a German citizen and U.S. permanent resident.
Anna-Lena specializes in corporate investor and non-immigrant employment visas and works primarily with our large corporate clients.
Tara
Tara is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a BA in Gender Studies. She has worked in the information technology field since 1993 and has been with our firm since 2004. Tara is a Canadian and American citizen.
Tara specializes in extra ordinary ability visas, treaty nafta non-immigrant employment visas, record research and manages our website.

Christine
Chris has a degree from Garland College in Boston, Massachusetts. She has worked in the customer service industry for many years, including customer service for Air Canada, US Bank and was a regular volunteer at The Wellness Center in Walnut Creek, California. Chris is an American and naturalized Canadian citizen.
Chris manages the Blaine office and maintains general contact with our Clients. Chris assists with permanent residence, naturalization and waiver applications.
